Patients have special needs, both physically and mentally, and must be patiently engaged.We also include families and caregivers in the care process, offering valuable information, guidance and – most of all – support.

Companion Care
Truly Activ provides seniors with carefully matched, trained and insured caregivers who are best fit for your needs. Truly Activ works closely with clients and families. We develop a customized care plan that can evolve as your needs change over time. Our companion care program includes services such as (1) Companionship (2) Casual outings (3) Cosmetic assistance, such as hair brushing, make-up and nails (4) Meal preparation (5) Light housekeeping (6) Shopping and errands. We provide senior care so our clients can continue most of their daily living activities and enjoy peace of mind.
Respite Care
Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers. Respite care can be arranged for just one afternoon or for several days or even weeks. Home visits can be set up on a regular schedule or as needed. Care can be provided at home, in a healthcare facility or at an adult day care center. We understand that families need time to relax. We are here to help. Our specialty-trained respite aid staff will follow your specific instructions. We can set up visits on a regular or as-needed basis.
